DUB Magazine’s 2014 Premiere Issue – ‘Zombie Walk’ 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
No stranger to the spotlight, Shaun Freilich’s shop, Complete Customs in McKinney, Texas, gave a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited a thorough makeover, one that would surely survive a zombie apocalypse.
Underneath, Icon Dynamics coilovers and a Bulletproof Suspension 6” lift kit were added to provide clearance for the 38X13.50R24 Nitto Trail Grappler tires on 24X12 American Force Fall-Out face plate wheels. Yukon gears in the differentials and ARB covers aid in the Jeep’s engagement.
The RIPP supercharger Freilich installed raised this Jeep from 285 HP stock by another 120 HP at the rear wheels, a necessity when a quick getaway is in order. Also good for a few more horses is the MBRP exhaust, to rid the Wrangler of spent gases.
Topside, Complete Customs added one of their signature Camoliner Kevlar coatings. Raiding their supply of Rigid Industries LED lights, they added: Three Rigid Industries 50” E-Series light bars, one 40” E-Series light bar, one 20” E-Series light bar, one 10” E-Series light bar, two SR-Q light bars, and ten D2 Dually LED lights to ensure maximum visibility. Master Hooks hook and swivels, Poison Spyder Customs bumpers, armor front fenders and corner guards, an RK Sport hood, Rack Works roof rack, and a 10K winch.
Without a doubt, this is one Jeep in survival mode that’s taken it far beyond the next level.
