As one of the leading warehouse distributors of parts and accessories for diesel-powered trucks, Rexburg, Idaho’s Premier Performance wanted to make a statement with their 2013 Ford F-350, and what better place to do it than at the annual SEMA Show?
Starting with a white 2013 Ford F-350 crew cab with a 6.7L Ford Power Stroke engine, an S&B intake and a 4” Flowmaster exhaust system was coupled with an Edge Evolution CTS and a TS Performance MP8 unit, adding power and torque. Extending the F-350’s range was the responsibility of the Titan 50-gallon replacement fuel tank, which fits in the same location as the OE part it replaced.
Under the 1-ton pickup, a 6” McGaughy’s lift kit with a four-link rear and Bilstein 5160 remote reservoir shocks all around were joined by 37” Toyo M/T tires mounted on 22” X 10.5” BMF Novakane wheels. A Fabtech dual steering stabilizer, and a BD Diesel adjustable track bar were mounted in front, and Hellwig sway bars and G2 differential covers fore and aft.
To get the truck to look as good as it drives, Premier called the Queen of Wraps in Salt Lake City to have them apply a full body wrap that they had designed in-house. Fusion bumpers with Rigid Industries LED lights, a Rigid Industries Ford F-350 LED grille, 30” E-Series LED light bar, A-Series bed light and 4” E-Series LED lights in the front bumper. Rigid Industries D-Series D2 LED lights in the rear bumper were intended to make the F-350 visible under all conditions. Both bumpers and the truck bed were sprayed with Rugged Liner.
They weren’t done before AMP Research Power Steps and a Truxedo tonneau cover were added; along with a Packbrake 625 air compressor with a 2.5-gallon air tank mounted underneath the truck for the sole purpose of activating the Klein train horns.
No doubt this Ford Super Duty is a showcase for many of the products and lines Premier Performance carries, the Ford F-350 is just as much a workhorse, no doubt seeing plenty of time both on and off the road.
