Adrenaline Offroad & Customs recently completed a custom build on a 2014 Polaris Ranger 900 Crew 4×4 that included Rigid Industries LED Lights. They provided this write-up on this cool restyling project:

Building some of the region’s coolest customs is a passion for Bruce Glanville and Adrenaline Offroad & Customs of Tomball, TX. It’s why they come to work every day. When the opportunity to re-style a brand-new 2014 Polaris Ranger 900 Crew 4×4 came along, Bruce and his team set to work putting their experience and know-how to use.

The owner of the vehicle has a mile of beachfront on his ranch. So, it was purposed to meet the rigors of hunting and farming on the ranch as much as the challenges of the surf and the sand. With these environments and challenges in mind, Bruce set off to design a mixed-use vehicle with capability beyond the showroom.

“As with any offroad build, you start with the tires as they determine several things down the chain in the build,” said Bruce Glanville, the owner and operator of Adrenaline Offroad & Customs. “We chose 33-inch Terminator Mud Tires from SuperATV for traction and for clearance. We matched those to a set of MSA M-21 LOK True Beadlock wheels.  Beadlocks give you that added security when running low tire pressures off road and in the sand.”

Then, they added a SuperATV Wicked 6 Series long travel 6” lift, which also widened the track an additional six inches on each side with axles from Rhino. This long-travel kit added an additional six inches of wheel travel to each side.

“These lifts are ready for whatever you can imagine,” added Bruce. “The Rhinos are made from high-strength materials, so you know the a-arms and axles are ready for your lead foot.” The Ranger 900 Crew came from the dealer with a Fortress roof installed, one of the toughest roofs on the market.

“After measuring its width, we found that a Rigid Industries LED Lighting E-Series 50-Inch Light Bar would fit perfectly tucked up under the roof in front.” Casey, the owner of this vehicle, plans on fishing from the shore on his property. The green light covers attached to this light bar will attract the fish in the water at night.

“Rigid was our first choice for this application due to the lifespan of their product and their lifetime warranty,” said Bruce. “As painful as it is to see some of these creations leave the shop and go to their respective owners, it’s great to know that our customers are getting the highest quality products and that they will provide years of reliable service as advertised. Quality is our top concern at Adrenaline Offroad and Customs, and we’re pleased to offer the caliber and variety of products that Rigid Industries produces.”

When Adrenaline decided to introduce entertainment into this equation, they partnered with Froghead Industries LLC of Beaumont, TX. “We used two (2) of their UNI-4×4 speaker enclosures with a RFI remote-controlled Bluetooth-enabled Aquatic A/V Media Locker that also features an FM receiver.”

The system pumps out 288 Watts through eight lighted 6.5” coaxial KICKER speakers and the system will wirelessly connect to a smart-phone and stream your library of songs. It even has a built in dual LED dome lights.

“Entertainment is sometimes a big part of the equation when it comes to enjoying your time with a vehicle. The absence of connecting wires in this system makes for a safer and more enjoyable ride. You can really focus more on your surroundings and companions while the entertainment just blends in seamlessly with music from the Kicker speakers.”

“Safety and protection are always something I consider when designing a build,” said Bruce. This explains the steel bumpers and winch by Super ATV. “You want to know that you and your machine are going to go in and going to come out together. The elements can be unkind and unpredictable, and it’s your job to be prepared. Hopefully, it’s all going to be fun in the sun, but here in the south we have frequent thunderstorms during the spring and summer and they change the landscape. If Casey gets caught in a storm on the beach, I’ve gotta know he’s going to be able to make it home safely.”

What’s next for Bruce and Adrenaline Offroad & Customs? “I see huge growth for us in the off-road and accessory market. We’re changing direction with the tide, and we’ll see where things take us. Trucks, Jeeps, SUVs and UTVs are everywhere around us. There is a lot of growth in the area due to the oil and gas industries expanding, and we expect the growth to continue in the area as it tries to keep up with the demand. Texas has alot going for it right now, and we really feel lucky to be in the center of it all.”
