It’s no secret that Kyle LeDuc has the desire to build and put the fastest truck on the race track, strap himself in, and put it across the finish line first. He’s done it since he was 19 years old and won his first World Championship in the Pro Lite class in 2003. Since then, Kyle has racked up a Pro Lite title, a Borg Warner Cup, two Pro 4 class championships, a Pro 4 World Championship, an Amsoil Cup, and more Pro 4 wins that we can keep up with fast enough. Two rounds into the 2015 Lucas Oil Short Course Off-Road season, Kyle is sitting 3rd in points but is coming off one of the most impressive wins of his career. Having completed his brand-new Pro 4 just days before Rounds 1 and 2 with virtually no track time, LeDuc was able to put the Black and Green #99 on the top box and has the momentum on his side heading to Chandler.
In the midst of preparing for rounds 3 and 4 of the Lucas Oil Off-Road Series in Chandler, AZ on April 24-25, Kyle will set his sights on another crown.. the Stadium Super Trucks Grand Prix of Long Beach on April 19th. Kyle will be racing the #99 Toyo Tires SST in his first appearance of the year. With SST fields consisting of competitors such as Sheldon Creed, Keagan Kincaid, Robby Gordon, and EJ Viso, Kyle will certainly be competing against some of the best off-road racers in the world this weekend in Long Beach. In addition to the Grand Prix of Long Beach this weekend, Kyle also has his sights set on a bigger prize in the form of a medal.. a Gold Medal at this year’s X-Games. Undoubtedly using this weekend as a refresher and pure seat time, when Kyle arrives in Austin this June for the 2015 Summer X-Games, he’ll be going for gold to add to his long list of career achievements.

About Stadium Super Trucks: SPEED Energy Formula Off-Road Presented by TRAXXAS features identically prepared high-horsepower trucks made to resemble their scaled-down Traxxas radio-control-car counterparts. The versatile off-road trucks race on virtually any surface, and in 2014 will be featured at IndyCar venues, X Games Austin and other large events that will expose the great sport of off-road racing to the masses. Like their Traxxas namesake, the trucks are designed to take flight. However, unlike RC trucks, they produce 600 horsepower generating speeds upwards of 130 miles per hour. Races feature man-made ramps set up in strategic locations throughout each course which allow the trucks to fly through the air nearly 20 feet off the ground and hundreds of feet down course.
